How do I measure for pet jewelry?

The easiest and quickest way to measure your pet's neck size is to use a piece of string or ribbon.  Put it around your pet's neck and leave space for two fingers (you don't want it too tight). How do I measure for a bracelet (human jewelry)?

This is easy - just use a piece of string or ribbon and put it around your wrist.  Then, use the string on a ruler or measuring tape to find the size in inches.  If you want a custom piece, just let us know your size (in inches) and it will fit perfectly!

Where do you get your gems, stones, or center pieces?

Accepted Answer

We have used the same suppliers for more than 10 years.  Most center pieces are from Tibet or Bali or we have acquired them in our travels.  Our Gem Stone List

How long does it take you to make a necklace or bracelet?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size, stones, etc.... it can take 15 minutes or an hour!  We take our time and make each piece with love and care.

Are the pet necklaces collars?

Accepted Answer

No. Pet jewelry is not intended for use with a leash.  Always remove the pet jewelry when your pet is unattended.

What is your return/refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction.  Refunds will not be issued for custom orders already started or products already purchased.
