The best and easiest way to measure your pup's neck size is to use a piece of string or ribbon.  Measure around their neck and then put that string or ribbon on a ruler or measuring tape to get an accurate measurement. Pet jewelry is not intended for use with a leash. Remove the jewelry when your pet is unattended.
